HOW IS LEFTOVER AND OVERAGE TIME HANDLED?
We’ll keep you informed about your retainer hours, but it’s your job to use them within the monthly period. Any unused hours expire at the end of the month unless your package specifies otherwise. If you have a 20-hour retainer but require 30 hours of work in a month, we’ll bill you for the extra 10 hours at the same hourly rate as your retainer.
